Who Am I

I am a father to 4 amazing children, a husband, an entrapreneur, and my family are my number1 why in life. We live a very simple life, where we value community, connection, natural living and nature.

Growing up in rural Ireland, and the youngest of 3 boys, I enjoyed a lot of lone time, and was an easy-going kid with an inquisitive soul. In my teens & early twenties, I struggled a lot with my identity, who I really was underneath the masks I wore, and how to feel comfortable being me. I met my amazing partner when I was 22, and 2 years later we jetted off to Australia for a year with nothing but our bags on our backs. 14 years later, we are loving living in Denmark WA (after an 18 month slot back in Ireland for 2024).

Through our time in Australia, I dived in deep with my own healing journey and went through a lot of amazing high’s, but some pretty low times as well. This continued to push me to learn & develop more & more, and is why I choose to support others in the way I do.

Over the past 18 years, I have continuously been immersing myself in study where initially I got my BSc Hons in Sports & Exercise Rehabilitation (Athletic Therapy) and since then, have gained vast experience as a Movement Therapist, Lifestyle Coach, Strength & Conditioning, Animal/Primal Movements, Gait & Running Analysis, Functional Breathing Instructor, NLP Master, plus a Variety of Somatic & Holistic Thaerpies/Modalities.

I believe when working with individuals, it is a necessity to take on a Complete Body Approach. If you are interested in working with me, then I invite you to message me and let's talk.

You can't keep smashing yourself like you did in your 20's!

With more responsibilities in life, slower recovery rates & probably some shi*ty patterns & old injuries thrown in there, you need to look at things differemntly.

That is why we take a Complete Body Approach to training.
We will assess how you move, and guide you through mobility, flexibility & strength training that is specific to your body and your unique needs.

The lack of sleep

The lack of space

The constantly being on

The heightened nervous system

All of these will have you battling hard to control yourself in the midst of the crazy, and you will fall into unhealthy patterns!

Of avoidance

Of numbing out

Of unhealthy habits

Just to get by

But, in the middle of the crazy, we all have many lessons that we can learn

This is the hard thing

This is the work for ourselves & our growth

But you can do it!!

And you don't have to do it alone...

But, by having the right people in your corner to support you,

To lean on when you need it,

To call you forward when you want to hide,

Is the key to transformation!

I get it, being a busy father, balancing your work, family life and your health is bloody hard!

But, when you learn to work smarter, its amazing at the results that you can achieve!

Being a father of 4, an entrapreneur in the health industry for over 15 years, I have learned a lot and am excited to support you to make serious changes in your health, once & for all!


I am looking to work with 3 local men in my new 1-to-1 program over the course of 3 months that will transform all aspects of your physical, mental & emotional health.

You will get strong, lose weight, manage your stress better, and regain control of your energy, all while becoming a happier and healthier fater and partner! Now who doesnt want that??
