•Swedish massage (relaxation-focused)
•Deep tissue massage (targets tension and knots)
•Recovery Massage (ACE cupping)

Timing & coverage varies, bigger bodies take longer, deep work takes more time, getting massaged once a year may result in other areas not getting time etc.
