✨ Sacral Chakra – The Centre of Flow & Creativity ✨

This week in our Feminine Flow Chakra Series, we explore the Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) — the energy centre connected to creativity, emotion, pleasure and fluid movement.

Located in the lower belly and hips, the sacral chakra is associated with the water element, inviting us to move with softness, openness and flow.

When this chakra is balanced, we feel:
💫 Creative and inspired
💫 Emotionally connected
💫 Confident in expressing ourselves
💫 Comfortable in our bodies

In this Sacral Chakra Feminine Flow, we will explore:

🌙 Fluid, flowing vinyasa sequences
🧘‍♀️ Hip-opening poses such as pigeon and lizard
🌬 Breathwork to awaken energy in the lower belly
✨ Meditation to reconnect with creativity and intuition

This practice encourages us to release tension stored in the hips, soften into movement and reconnect with our natural rhythm.
