🌟Designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy (from 12 weeks onwards), this programme blends gentle movement, mindful breathing, and evidence-based techniques to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more connected.

🌿 Safe, supportive movement to ease tension in the back, hips, pelvis, and shoulders
🌿 Breathwork for labour to help you manage discomfort and find calm during birth
🌿 Pelvic floor awareness & stability to strengthen safely and prevent common issues
🌿 Gentle strengthening to support your changing posture and prepare your body for birth
🌿 Mindfulness & relaxation to soothe the nervous system and reduce stress
