Ending my yoga classes for this year with a full heart 🤍

Yoga for me is not only about teaching poses, it’s about people and years shared on the mat.

This card means the world to me. Gillian has been with me for 8 years and I will truly miss her.

So many of you have been part of my journey for years and I’m deeply grateful for every one of you.

Wishing you all a beautiful, peaceful Christmas and time to rest, reset and recharge.

See you on the mat in the new year 🧘‍♀️

✨ Last Term of the Year! ✨

The final term of the year is here — a few weeks to move, stretch and feel your best before the holidays.

Classes start 4th November
•Killashee – 7-week term starting Tuesday, 4th November
•Sallins – 6-week term starting Monday, 10th November
• Extended Yin Yoga (90-minute class) – 21st November, 28th November & 19th December

Yin Yoga – long holds, deep stretches and calm stillness.
It’s often the hardest class for those who are always busy and find it hard to slow down — yet for many, it becomes their favourite hour of the week.

Improvers Yoga – for those who want to keep progressing, get stronger and move better.
Step out of your comfort zone and see how much your body (and mind) can do with consistency.

Beginners Yoga – gentle movements and stretches that help you ease stiffness and gradually build strength week by week.

September brings us back into routine — evenings get darker, and it’s my favourite time of year for Yin Yoga practice.

To celebrate International Yoga Day, I’m offering a free Yin Yoga class this Thursday, 19th June at 7:00pm at Killashee Leisure Centre – everyone is welcome! ✨

The official Yoga Day and Summer Solstice fall on Saturday, 21st June – the longest day of the year.
