"I CAN FORGIVE.... BUT I WILL NEVER FORGET"

Too many people are hurting.

And we all know some people who MAJOR in going around and planning bad ways to hurt others, especially nice and quiet people.

To "Forgive but not forget" is a kind of "simple" way of handling deep grievances and personal offenses.

HOW DO YOU VIEW THIS ISSUE?

Forgiveness involves letting go of resentment or the need to "get your own back," and it seems to promote peace of mind and, emotional (even spiritual) healing.
However, if you decide NOT to forget the incident, it means that you keep that event in your memory, perhaps, to learn from it, and/or even to protect you from getting hurt again in the future.

THE QUESTION THEN IS:

* So, what does forgiveness (really) mean to you?
* Have you ever felt like forgiving someone but NOT forgetting?
* Has forgiving someone helped YOU personally or emotionally? How?
* In what way has NOT forgetting the incident or their bad behavior benefited you?

Hey Dear Hearts,

Are you a man or woman recovering from the trauma of a lost relationship?

Are you spending Valentine's Day solo this year?

LET'S DO A VALENTINE'S DAY CHALLENGE.

I dropped by to remind you that being single on Valentine's Day does not diminish your worth or value.

Take this opportunity to pamper yourself, indulge in self-care, and celebrate the incredible journey you've been on.

Here are a couple of things you can actually do on your own, and enjoy:

1. Personal Self-Care: Pamper yourself today and relax. Take a long bath, try a "make-up" routine, indulge in a skincare routine, enjoy a massage, or go for a spa treatment.

2. Embrace Nature: Spend time walking outdoors to reconnect with nature. Have a picnic in the nearby park, or take a scenic drive to admire the beauty of the natural world.

3. Ask Someone Out. It is actually okay to ask a friend out to dinner, lunch, or to the movies. There is no rule for only a man to ask a woman out. And for men, no rule says, that if she said NO, the first time, she may not say YES this time. Just keep it simple. It is just a day out, not a marriage.

4. Dance (but don't Drop): hahaha. If you are like me and love singing and dancing, then find your favorite song. Sing along, and dance till you sweat. Don't overdo it, if you have health issues.

NONE OF THE ABOVE WILL COST YOU A DIME. Just don't sit around, moping about being alone.

5. SMILE for no reason: Have you ever noticed how something as simple as a smile can transform a stressful moment into a more manageable one? Go over old photos of fun moments, and reflect on loving and fun moments. Smile, and Smile. I could smile all day once I keep my focus on someone or something. Remember to avoid digging into any painful past thoughts.

AS ANOTHER VALENTINE'S DAY APPROACHES

"Teach Your Child The Way!" Teach Your Child.

Teach.. Teach early, so that you won't get surprises later.!

This job here, is not School Work, and is NOT the responsibility of Teachers.

If you have a teenage daughter in Secondary School, please make out time this week before Friday to talk to her about Valentine's day,🙏👌 educate her on what love is all about 💯.....

No matter how innocent that your princess may appear, bear in mind there is something called *"Peer Pressure"* 😟.

Some ignorant and naive teenagers will be lured into s*x this week all in the name of "Valentine's Day" 🙉

Some of these innocent girls will loose their virginity, while some will get pregnant over a cheap cup of ice cream *(from Mr Biggs, Tantalizer, Chicken Republic etc) and gifts (from Shopping Mall; ShopRite)*🙉..... Girls, growing up, are very much emotional than boys.

For those of you who are not used to having "intimate conversations" with your children, every "December and January celebration" are good opportunities to Show your teenage girl lots of love.

Before the "Valentine Week" and especially this week (and always thereafter) 💯💃💃 get her a beautiful Valentine gift.

If you are not used to telling her, please, practice this. Make sure, as you give her the gift, to tell her categorically, looking straight into her eyes, that no one will ever love her genuinely like you do.

Tell her that she can trust you, even if she thinks you're stressed or angry about anything like that. Remind her of YOUR LOVE... 🙏🏾💝❣️

Our daughters (and even our sons) need "Insider Information and Education".. Not our Pretence which ends up harming them.. ♥️♥️♥️❣🥀🥀....

This may save your child from unplanned, unimagined, unwanted, pregnancy this week. Pregnancy that can set her slightly back and change her life, or cause YOU frustration..

Remember that, "It only happened JUST once" CAN become a pregnancy .. 🤔🙃

I know some holier than thou mummies en deddies here would critisize this write up and swear to the moon and back that their daughters are innocent and descent🙄🤔 well, *datz alright too ooo*

Just bear in mind that if you don't take up your responsibility and talk to them about s*x, their mates and besties will surely do that on your behalf.... Some of these "innocent" children know a lot more about s*x than you can imagine.

Please read and send to family and friends.
