Cheap quick-fix diets simply do not work
Have you ever seen ready to buy diet for 29.99€?
Have you ever seen the best weight loss app for only 3.99€?
Have you ever seen a diet from a famous person for 99€?
Most people, who want to lose weight just don't know where to start, and they do not want to do a mistake or lose a big amount of money, so they choose cheap plans, diets, apps, and programs.
What they have common is that they will give you some ready mal plans, but you might not eat half of them. What's the point so?
Famous people who launched their apps have tens of people behing them to help them, so there is no interaction with the famous person.
Mostly the work has to be done by yourself, but those people don't want to do everything themselves.
They hardly have some real in-person support.
If for some reason, something works for you, then you will buy it again and again, so you keep investing.
If they don't work, you simply invest in something else- you keep investing, right?
But which plans teach you what is going to happen after you finish the quick plan, diet, or whatever?
I do focus on deeper work, finding the real problem- not only putting a plaster on it.
For me, it matters to teach the person how to eat right, give good tips, and advice, and teach how to work in the future without my need.
For me, it matters to show the person what activities are available, how any activity can be tailored to their needs, and how to constantly improve- finding the balance.
You see if we don't know each other, I can not help you in one go, that's why the price is always going to be higher than those above.
Someone can be ashamed to speak about the price, but I truly believe that if someone is decided to change their life for the better, and go through a really big transformation(which won't happen overnight nor in 2 weeks or 1 month) investing is crucial. But you do not invest in ME- but in YOURSELF! You are always paying for your transformation and the ripple effect, with long-lasting results and the time which is needed to go through.
