✨We’ve added even more privacy to our recovery areas

January Reminder to keep your bucket full ✅

A diagram we came across explaining how our bodies react to proper recovery and what hinders our energy and increases chances of injury 🔋
When the bottom three of training, work/school and stress out weigh our recovery our bodies breakdown leading to more injuries, feeling drained and is detrimental to our mood.

If your entering a heavy training block give your body all it needs to help push through the slog 🫡

For €80 you will get one month unlimited access to sessions at our facility.
We are also offering 3 months unlimited sessions for a total of €175 😎

With this membership you can use our contrast water therapy, our infrared sauna, compression boots and percussion devices together or mix and match as you wish 🫴

An ideal way to ensure your flying fit and ready for the busy months ahead.
These membership will be limited again to allow for our pay as you go clients so act swiftly to get your deal 💪

We’ve been getting great help from the TY’s of

Austin and Jack with us before the Christmas and now Darragh and Patrick aiding us through Mondays for the coming months 💪

Good to have these young men helping ensure our facility is always in top order for our clients 😁

Open daily for recovery sessions and serving coffee, açaí bowls and more Fridays through to Tuesdays 😎

Our facility can manage up to 9 people an hour for recovery sessions making it popular among groups and teams 💪Private sessions also available - enjoy the hot tub, sauna or compression boots and have some chill time alone.

We’re building a growing coffee community in store with our and healthy açaí bowls options a hit. Not to mention providing wholesome energy ball, brownie and cookie options etc 🫶

We’re constantly adding to our space on Martyrs Road and have more planned in the coming months so keep your eyes on our page 🫡

That’s full recovery sessions for €17:50, sports socks for €7, açaí bowls for €6:30 and our specialty coffees for as little as €2.10.

We’re delighted to be offering our Compression Boots massage service at the Tipp 6km in Thurles on Dec 3rd.
