The Tibetan 5 Rites are a revitalising movement sequence first introduced in 1939, drawing inspiration from traditional Yoga Poses.
This practice includes warm-ups, a sequence of five movements repeated twenty one times each.
Beginners will start with less repetitions and slowly build up to twenty one.
The practice ends with a guided relaxation technique.
