Lucy's Massage Therapy Massage therapist based in Salt Therapy, Newbridge

I use a combination of different massage techniques,
from light Swedish massage to deep tissue massage, where I use
neuromuscular techniques in conjunction with trigger point therapy

My aim is always to improve the condition of my client,
tailoring each treatment to the individual in the hope of
obtaining the most positive outcome. I'm qualified in Holistic massage
Sports massage therapy
Indian head massage
Foundation certificate in Shiatsu and Thai Yoga
