Here's what's happening between now and Christmas at The Wellbeing Room. Our 10am Meditation Group is currently fully booked but there are a couple of spaces in the 11.30am group. There are a limited number of one to one appointments remaining for this year with Vivienne and with Elaine. For bookings and information DM us or contact 087 038 8647. We are delighted to share that we have added an extra meditation group on Tuesday each week so now we have two options – 10am-11am and 11.30am to 12.30pm There are currently two spaces available in each group. Join us for meditation and Reiki healing along with intention setting, healing for loved ones and oracle cards. Pre-booking is essential and each class is €15.
