A huge well done to the absolute legends from Knockevin and surrounding schools who completed their Level 1 Makaton training today 🎉

You were honestly incredible — fantastic signing, brilliant recall, and such a positive, engaged group from start to finish. It was a real joy to see the enthusiasm, the questions, and the clear commitment to inclusive communication throughout the day 💛

What makes this even more exciting is that the school will be continuing on their journey and completing Levels 1–4 over the next few months — a powerful example of listening to the needs of pupils and putting that learning into action. This kind of commitment makes a real difference in classrooms, corridors, and everyday interactions 👐✨
