This week is Children’s Mental Health Week 💛

For babies and toddlers, mental wellbeing doesn’t come from us having all the answers.

It grows through everyday moments — being held, being heard, moving their bodies, singing together, exploring through play, and knowing someone is there.

These experiences help little ones make sense of the world and their feelings within it.

You don’t need all the answers.
Your presence really is enough 💜

✨ Which Loopy Lou’s class is right for you? ✨

If you’re new here (or scrolling at 3am with a sleeping baby on you 😴), this post is for you.
Swipe through to see the classes we offer, what happens in each one, and when they run.

Our classes are based on your baby’s stage, not their exact age. Every baby develops at their own pace — there’s no pressure, no expectations, and no “right way” for your baby to join in. Watching is joining in too 💜

If you’re feeling unsure or just don’t know which class to book, please send me a message. I promise there’s no silly questions, and I’ll help you find the right fit 🌈
