The Academy for Healthcare Science (AHCS) is delighted to announce the appointment of our new Healthcare Science Clinical Leads, strengthening clinical leadership and representation across the UK and within key areas of healthcare science practice and policy.

These appointments mark an important step in enhancing the visibility, influence, and professional voice of healthcare scientists across all four nations, supporting the delivery of safe, effective, and innovative healthcare science services.

These Clinical Leads will work closely with the AHCS President, the Professional Bodies Council and wider partners to:

Thought it was about time I introduced myself...

Hi, I'm Charlotte, the face behind Heart Health Hub.

Even though we have only had patients since June, I am extremely proud of the high quality and efficient service we are able to provide.

Working alongside a wide range of specialities, people outside of medicine and providing educational talks promoting heart health - I have never been happier in my job.

I have taken a massive leap out of my comfort zone and its opening so many doors of opportunity to allow me, and those I work alongside (who are extremely supportive) to provide a fantastic patient experience.
