This is a really coming misconception that reflexology is just a foot massage- yes it is deeply relaxing and feels like a massage. But reflexology is so much more, by working specific points you are working different organs glands and systems of the body.

It is a really powerful gentle therapeutic practice to help restore balance and harmony in the body.

For babies it is so affective and so easy to do from anywhere.

Hi Everyone

I will be taking over the well mum this week. 🤗 I am so grateful to Lisa ans Orlaith for sharing their wisdom over the last 2 weeks, I hope you got some golden nuggets.

The Well Mum came from me listening to mums I was meeting in my clinic and groups who wanted more - more practical supports for their babies and for themselves - i reached out to Lisa and to Orlaith and they shared my vision also.

I am Sinèad, Reflexologist and Holistic Therapist I have a background in Early Childhood Care and Education and I am a mum. I am so passionate about support women through all stages of life but especially mums as I know how difficult amazing exhausting, wonderful, mind boggling and rewarding it can be.

I’ll be taking over the Well Mum this week sharing with you my tips and tricks to care for you and your baby and to empower you in bringing supports to your baby anad bring back the balance.
