Last Sunday I went with my daughter Marti to experience horse theraphy ..Marti has special needs and loves horses...it started out with Marti greeting the horses Mick and Orla..but the horses had other ideas and came to me with love...there are no words to describe the healing I recieved...especially from Mick .I will be back..thank you Breda.

Grounding (connecting barefoot with the Earth) has wonderful health benefits, I have practiced it for years and incorporate it into many of my workshops. Great to see this lovely article explaining some of the scientific research behind it.
