🌟Festive catch up
It was an eventful few weeks In between cars breakingdown in the middle of the road and batteries dying a few days before Christmas 😅. Slowing down feels incredibly good while I got to do some new recipes testing and enjoyed some of my favourites.
What really helped to keep my Lipedema under control was staying completely Gluten free( one of the best decisions I have ever made) and alcohol free for 2.5 years now. These changes made the "bouncing" back much easier even with the extra sugar and dairy.Non coeliac gluten sensitivity is real for a lot of Lipedema patients.
I also kept some movement routine in place and slept like a baby! No alarm in the morning is bliss 😌. Still have another birthday to celebrate( we had another one after mine 🙃) before the year ends. For now I'm enjoying not knowing what day it is and taking each day as slow as I possibly can With 2 small kids in the house to entertain 🤪.
How was your Lipedema during the festive season and what helped you the most? Tell me in the comments.
Hope you have a great rest of the holidays 💗
