FBT OCTOBER SWIMRISE

It's that time again. It's time for the community to come together for another wonderful cause, greet the day, and swim, move and be a part of something greater ☀️

Our monthly sunrise swim is taking place this Friday October 2nd (location TBC closer to time) and we are inviting you, your family and friends, to come and join us for what can only be described as another magical morning.

If you missed the first one, expect to spend the morning with like minded people, move together by greeting the day through Sunrise Salutation yoga lead by our very own superman , and get in for an awakening dip in the sea (optional, of course, but very much encouraged)

Meeting time: 7am for Yoga (mat optional)
Sunrise dip: 7.28am
Location: Most likely Portmarnock beach, by spar and Koba, but to be confirmed before Friday
Warming tea and coffee after

This time we are trying to raise money for a local charity known as SOSAD that focus on early intervention to su***de. As we will not be taking cash donations, any donation that you could make through the link below would be so so appreciated, and could save a life 💫

Hi everyone!

We hope you are keeping well and are looking forward to our second Swimrise which is coming up next Friday October 2nd 💛

This time around we have chosen another powerful charity called SOSAD, who focus on early intervention to su***de.

At such a difficult time in the country with su***de rates through the roof over the last couple of months, we decided this to be the perfect charity to support and send some love to through our event.

Please join us in doing so and donate what you can, little or big, through the link below, and we hope to see many smiling faces next week 🤗💛

FBT SUNRISE SWIM - Please read ‼

Change of location

Hi everyone! As you may have seen, there has been a 4-day swimming ban put in place at Portmarnock beach as of yesterday

However, do not fear, for when an obstacle comes our way, we adapt and look for other ways that will deliver the desired outcome!

Therefore, the swim is absolutely going ahead, and is just going to get moved up the road to Malahide beach

Sooo...

3 things to note:

•Meeting at 𝟔𝐚𝐦 at 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐡𝐢𝐝𝐞 Low Rock
•Workout with Thom pre-swim - optional - 6am
