Join us for a cold swim challenge in aid of women’s aid on February 1st at 07.45am.(sunrise at 08.09am) on Portmarnock beach at the shelters.
Join us for sea swim, treats, music & chats.
Meet at 07.45am.
Group pic 08.00am.
Dip, splash / swim 08.05am.
Sunrise 08.09am.
You will need the following:
➡️swim gear (wear purple if possible 👙💜)
➡️towels.
➡️warm clothing for after.
➡️warm drink post swim.
Get out and brave a cold swim on 1st February, the day we celebrate St Brigids day and show support and solidarity for women escaping domestic violence.
By taking on the challenge and raising funds for Women’s Aid, you will help to continue to be there for the next woman who needs our support. Don’t forget to register the event to receive your beanie for the swim.

A moment for this year’s 12 swims of Christmas participants who braved the cold Irish Sea, ice baths & cold showers from the 14th - 25th December in aid of which is a national childhood cancer charity. The funds raised will go towards Aprils winter which is in memory of the amazing April Banks. The funds will be used to help families with utility bills, magic moments & trips abroad for children having a tough time during the winter months 💙

Thank you to everyone especially Aprils family for taking the time to help us fundraise for such an incredible cause and to honour Aprils memory 💙💙 Thank you to those who took part privately too.

Together we raised over €3000.
Our donation link will be active until the new year and all donations are welcome no matter how small, every cent counts and goes towards this fundraiser which we’ve no doubt will be used for the greater good by Oscars kids. Donations can be made via the link in our bio.

💕SWIM IN PINK 2025💕
We are joining the National Breast Cancer Research Institute in association with Blackrock Swimwear, and are asking as many people as possible to ‘Swim in Pink’ on Sunday October 12th at 7.30am and help raise funds and awareness for breast cancer research during October- breast cancer awareness month.

We will meet on Portmarnock beach (shelters) to ‘Dip’, ‘Swim’ or ‘Splash’ for’Swim in Pink’ on Sunday 12th October at 7.30am (the sun is expected to rise at 7.47am) and support breast cancer research. At 7.40am we will take a group pic & then brace the water together. Make sure to wear your pinkest of swimwear.
Registration is just €25 with all of the monies raised going to the National Breast Cancer Research Institute. To register go to www.swiminpink.ie (link is in our bio) and you will receive a FREE ‘Swim in Pink’ swimming cap.

August swimrises- Pause for peace 🇵🇸❤️

Join us this Sunday at 07.00am opposite koba Thai cuisine on Portmarnock beach.
Join us for a guided meditation 07.00am ,sea dip, chats over tea + coffee. We will hope to raise awareness of the forced starvation of Palestinians in Gaza by raising some vital funds in support of The Irish Red Cross & Doctors Without Borders (MSF) who are working on the ground in Gaza 🇵🇸. All meet-ups will be donation based. You can make a donation via the link in our bio.

The guys from .ie have seats available for 8am/8.40am for anyone who would like to warm up their bones post dip. For the sauna you will need to book in through the link in their bio - .ie !
The meditation themes are listed on the post picture.
You will need:
Yoga mat & blanket
Warm clothing
Appropriate swim gear.
Towels
Warm drink

€20,455 raised 🎉🎉
Thank you to everyone who donated to raising funds for who are an international childhood cancer charity. Your money will go towards funding global research into pediatric cancers as well as offering support to families and a sprinkling of magic and joy for the amazing kids who undertake this journey. This fundraiser was in memory of the wonderful April Banks.
We would have never known of Oscars kids Ireland incredible work if it wasn’t for April & her family. A massive thank you to Ciarán, Aisling k, Lily, Ellen, Aisling D, Aoife, Denise, Malachi, Samantha, Zowie, Agnieszka, Alicia, Amy, Caitlin, Fiona, Georgia, Karen, Mags, Maria, Megan B, Megan, Mo, Niamh, Orla, Sandra, Shauna D, Sharon, Shauna C & Shauna for taking the time to help us fundraise who helped us raise €17k with the 12 swims of Christmas fundraiser. SWIMRISE MEET-UP

Join us this Sunday at 7.30am opposite koba Thai cuisine on Portmarnock beach.
Join us for a a fun dance class followed by optional sea dip/swim and chats over tea + coffee. The lovely will be hosting this weeks meet-up and we can’t wait. This is our final meet-up for our current fundraiser which which is in aid of and in memory of the amazing April Banks. If you plan on attending/ supporting you can donate via the link in the bio. We are delighted that Pilar has joined us this week as she helped us previously with raising funds for Oscars kids Ireland last April along with April & all her family + friends. Thank you to everyone who joined this morning’s Warrior flow which was inspired by the amazing April Banks and in aid of . Thank you to everyone who donated to the fundraiser. I hope you enjoyed the yoga practice.

Our last meet-up for this fundraiser takes place next Sunday with the incredibly energetic hosting a Dancefit. Pilar also hosted a couple of meet-ups back in April for ‘All out & about April’ and in aid of Oscars kids Ireland and we are delighted to have this amazing class as our final offering for this fundraiser.
Full details will be posted on Wednesday.
We have just reached €19,445 and are en route to hit our target of €20,000 for Oscars kids Ireland (National Childhood cancer charity) who work very closely with families on their cancer journey. Please help us raise vital funds by clicking the link in our bio ❤️
