My background in Industrial Engineering taught me precision, but my personal health struggles revealed the limitations of a purely analytical approach. Hi, I’m Raksha—an Industrial Engineer turned Ayurveda Nutritionist, Dietician, and Yoga Teacher. With a Master’s degree in engineering and a deep-rooted passion for holistic wellness, I’ve found my calling in blending the precision of science with the wisdom of ancient healing. I believe food is more than fuel—it’s vibration, intention, and medicine. My work combines the structure and systems-thinking of engineering with the nourishing principles of Ayurveda and Sattvic living. Every meal I create is designed to support balance, clarity, and vitality. Because I see a growing need for gentle, sustainable wellness in a fast-paced world. 🌿 Introducing a Daily Meal Prep Service – Coming Soon! 🌿

Hello everyone! I'm excited to announce that I'm planning to launch a daily meal prep service offering wholesome, freshly prepared vegetarian and vegan meals from Tuesday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability. Currently, I will be serving Rathdowney, Abbeyleix, Durrow, and Errill.

As a certified Ayurveda Nutritionist and Dietician, I'm passionate about creating meals that not only taste delicious but also nourish your body and mind. All my meals are carefully designed to meet your daily nutrient requirements and follow sattvic principles for clarity, balance, and vitality. I am fully registered and insured.

Vegetarian & vegan options – thoughtfully crafted with seasonal, wholesome ingredients.

Nutrient-rich & balanced – every meal is designed to support your health and wellbeing.

Allergy-friendly – dietary allergies and sensitivities will be accommodated with care.

Steel cookware only – all food is cooked in stainless steel pots and pans, which are non-toxic, non-reactive, and free from harmful chemicals, helping preserve natural flavour and nutrients.​

Healthy fats – only cold-pressed oils and my own homemade ghee are used in cooking.

Eco-friendly packaging – all our packaging is environmentally friendly, so you can enjoy your meals with no guilt for nature and no guilt for your stomach.
