Another great day with a great group learning to tape sports injuries

We will be hosting a strapping and taping sports injuries workshop again on August 14th at 9am until 4pm at a cost of €100 in Rathmullan Resource centre Donegal. This will include notes and a roll of every tape we use. This will cover power taping, kinesiotaping, zinc oxide, etc.
