🧘Last class of this term was my weekly men’s yoga class at 7:30 this evening.
🧘Great to see this class grow over the past 2 years and a full house again tonight.
Classes are drop-in so people can come along any week that suits them and beginners are always welcome.
🧘 The age profile is men in their 50’s & 60’s and by regular stretching and mobility they have more ease of movement and less joint discomfort. This is a great investment in future health.
🧘 Enjoy the Christmas break, classes resume on January 7th

I have been upstaged completely this morning by the schools Elf who took her place at the top of the class 😜🤣🧘‍♀️🧝‍♀️🎄

Three great classes today with TY’s, ASD class & 6th years. The mindfulness focus was on gratitude for all we have at the end of the year. Happy Christmas to you all and see you again in January for more weekly yoga classes. 🧘🎄

Last Monday classes before Christmas this evening. We will slow down the pace this evening and finish 2025 yoga with a deep relaxation 🧘‍♀️
