It is operated by Catherine Laverty, a qualified acupuncturist, naturopath, and nurse. Catherine has over 18 years experience in healthcare, having trained in her native Australia as a nurse, then in Dublin as an acupuncturist and naturopath. The Acupuncture Point operates in the belief that acupuncture and naturopathy enables the individual to take control of and ultimately improve their own health. Catherine takes a balanced approach to each individual patient, in full appreciation of the benefits of both Western and Complementary Medicine in the treatment of most conditions. Start the New Year gently and come join myself and Safe Haven Healing for a beautiful two hours of loving self-care from 10-12 on Sunday 7th January.
The session will begin with an hour of mindful yoga (suitable for all levels/beginners welcome) , followed by an hour of deeply relaxing sound meditation
