‚Grounded Confidence’ is a brand new program we launched this evening.
It’s a blend of art therapy and integrative life coaching, designed to explore a sense of safety while defining confidence as a strengthening connection to yourself, self-respect and a gentle inner wisdom.

We’ve had deep and inspirational conversations, plenty of creative activities and a friendly atmosphere. Overall, it was truly peaceful and fulfilling experience.

I joined the program because i thought it would be interesting and beneficial to me. I didn’t feel pressured to be able to achieve something specific.
It was interesting to see other people’s way of doing things.
I would definitely recommend this program. It’s a very friendly and non judgemental way to meet nice people.’ E

Walking is the single most natural and simple way to regulate your nervous system. If you can, do it outside. The natural bilateral eye movement from walking will help you process stress, difficult situations, and will help you process emotional memories.

When stressful things happen to us, we need to move so our brain can process the emotions. When we sit still after stress for long periods of time, we ruminate. Rumination is playing a situation in our mind over and over again. We do this because the emotional memory is trying to be processed, but with the body in a state of stillness, it can’t happen.

Chronic rumination leads to depression.

It’s no coincidence that as we’ve been pulled into sedentary lifestyles, depression has increased. Our ancestors walked all the time. Throughout the day. Every day. “Walk it off,” is not just a saying, it’s a truth.

Add walking into your daily life whenever you can. Even small bursts of walking help.

Some ideas:

1. A simple walk around your block

2. Drive to a park or a street with shops and walk it (explore new parks or hikes you haven’t been on before)

3. Park father away every time you have a chance

4. If weather is bad, walk indoor malls or shopping centers

5. Find a walking buddy to hold you accountable

6. Ask to do therapy or coaching on the phone so you can walk

7. Get a small treadmill and a stand for your laptop so you can work and walk

So this beauty arrived this morning.. I decided to take this course shortly after being diagnosed myself.
I wanted to learn as much as possible, understand how and why I operate the way I do.. to gain clarity and release the grip of ‘why everyone seem to do stuff but not me’, the ‘try harder’, the ‘stop being over sensitive’… as enlightening and helpful the journey has been, the grief was, is very real.

can be very difficult to navigate but there is support and KNOWLEDGE is key.
Ask questions, read, talk to people, to specialist, help groups.. it does make a difference!

I want to talk to my body like she’s a child.
When she is tired,
to say take a nap, sweetie.
To ask if she’s hungry,
to find joy in making her meals.
To slowly chop vegetables, boil noodles, butter bread.
Here, I want to say, sit down. Eat.
To feel proud when she’s full, to know that food I made fed a body I love.
I want to be gentle with her.
To take time to wash her hair, to comb it.
To say honey it’s okay to cry.
I want to treat my body like a child who is deserving of time, of patience, of love.
Because I was. Because 1 am.

‚I decided to join the program because I know how effective personal inner work can be, how deeply it can change life and improve overall well-being. It helps you see life not only in black and white, but also appreciate its beautiful shades of gray.
I wouldn’t change anything, because I believe every part of the program is individual yet perfectly complementary. The program is designed in a way that brings out what is truly needed or ready to come into the light at a given moment.

has started! First workshop of 2026 was filled with joy, learning, creativity!

Clay and art therapy can be a powerful and inclusive approach for people with disabilities, supporting emotional expression, communication, skill-building, and overall well-being.

Clients words on our new program: ‚I wanted to push myself to be in a group setting and get more confidence with both meeting people and talking out loud and to ease my anxiety.
I loved the clay and being creative, listening to other people’s stories and struggles.
I would strongly recommend this program to people as i got so much out of it, relief from stress, beautiful atmosphere and music and kasias voice, it felt like therapy would definitely do it again ###.’ N

Our art therapy and life coaching program came to an end. Together we created and nurtured the idea of change, direction we would like to take, possibilities and challenges.

Three weeks rich of colours, creativity, important words, a-ha’s, tears and play.

So very grateful to be part of such wonderful community.

In clients words about our program combining life coaching and art therapy. Pure magic if you ask me 🪄🪄 ‚Kasia, I would love to work with you again. I really learned so much from You and the way you did things. Your knowledge, guidance and direction was really excellent. I always loved using my hands. But never realised what way it could help me deal with emotional, physical and mental health issues & all of life’s mixed bag of ups and downs. It was inspirational Kasia & the music you had on in the background was so so beautifull. I loved it. Thank You so much.
