I have been working in the field of health and well being for 25 years, with a variety of trainings in many areas. I am always lead back to deep embodiment sessions as the cornerstone of healing at all levels.
Shiatsu has a very wide application and supports the body, mind and spirit. It promotes a feeling of deep relaxation, increased vitality and well being and is effective in treating a range of common conditions.
Shiatsu takes place while fully clothed on a mat on the floor or massage table. Shiatsu involves the use thumb/finger pressure on meridians/pathways of energy throughout the body. Gentle pressure, stretching, rotations all work to release blocked energy and renew the flow of life force in the body.

DISTANT SHIATSU HEALING
I embarked on a 4 week healing journey with Corona recently. Although it finished a couple of weeks ago the healing is ongoing. The integration and implementation of the sessions is a work in progress.
The four sessions of distance shiatsu involved a beautiful guided relaxation, Corona in her home and me in mine. I was guided around and within my body and then Corona started to work energetically on me.
These sessions were all very different to each other but all felt very deeply healing. The healing although distance was incredibly palpable and in the phone calls following each healing our experiences of the sessions were matching each others.
A chronic condition I live with was brought to the surface and felt and investigated and I felt very held in Coronas healing space to really look into what I could do to move forward.
Each session felt lovely and relaxing but also fruitful in creating a focus week to week to move through the physical discomforts I was experiencing.
I would highly recommend a distance healing with Corona. It felt very lovely to have such an intense healing with the benefit of not leaving my bedroom❤️❤️❤️
