Tonight we marked our final SSP running session of the year, and we finished it the best way possible — celebrating the people who simply kept showing up and backing themselves 👏

Most people think their metabolism slows because they’re getting older.
But the truth is far more measurable — and far more fixable.

Here’s what actually changes:

Muscle is the most metabolically active tissue in the body.
After 35, strength declines unless it’s trained — meaning you burn fewer calories even at rest.
