This is just another example of how the 1:1 Diet can change lives!!

Transformation Tuesday. We’re off on holiday tomorrow afternoon.

To the same place the bottom photo was taken back in 2016 I was so big then it was really rubbish.

How ever tough it feels sometimes to make the right decisions. Look at that guy at the bottom Of this photo. he’s been making the wrong decisions for years and it’s Slow road to hell 😂😂😂

Brave and beautiful positivity. For me life is better now. It was hard and there were tears and tantrums and all sorts but I’ve done it.

Something that dominates your life like it does to so many of us. When I was 11 I used to wish I could go into a coma so I could wake up thin. So much of my life’s been wasted regretting the past and fearing the future.

Don’t give up. 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️💪🏽

So who is up for a starting tomorrow in the last 60 days I have been concentrating on my inches more than the scales and doing daily walk app at home, there is also free videos on YouTube but here are my results in 60 days we now have about the same time to convention so been a little more mindful with food (step 2) and this app I highly recommend to my own clients who are new to exercise you can go at your own pace and it's a combination of cardio and strength x

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland has issued a recall of the following branded bottled waters due to elevated levels of arsenic.

Product:
Aldi/ Comeragh (Still and Sparkling), Applegreen (Still), Broderick (Still), Dunnes Stores (Still and Sparkling and Flavoured), Itica (Still), Lidl (Still), Londis (Still), Mace (Still), Macari (Still), Plane (Still), San Marino (Still) and Spar (Still).

Arsenic was detected above the legal limit in several branded still and sparkling bottled waters. The implicated batches are being recalled from consumers. Point-of-sale notices will be displayed in stores supplied with the implicated batches.

Nature Of Danger:
Arsenic, a heavy metal, was detected at levels above the prescribed legal limit. Retailers are requested to remove the implicated batches from sale and display a point of sale recall notice in stores.

Consumers are advised not to drink the implicated batches of water. If you have consumed any of the affected batches and feel unwell, please contact your GP.
