Night time our thoughts seems to race higher. Try by imagine a lovely place that means something to you that has a calming effect. You have that memory focus on it for a few minutes. Try and leave out negative thoughts or say I will deal with those thoughts in the morning. By pushing your negative thoughts away till morning give it a time in the morning and come morning deal with those thoughts at the time you stated. You will find sometimes those thoughts won't be as bad. 😊❤ I find this works. ###

This is so true on our darkest moments we are tested. But even as broken as you feel, you are still strong this is your healing. It doesn't gave to be pretty, or graceful you just have to keep going ❤💞
