Taking bookings for Baby Massage Classes starting February 6th, Friday mornings 10-11.30am here at "Wellness by Meadows", just outside Tinahely, Co Wicklow. Y14VY70.

The 5 weeks are February 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th and March 6th.

Baby Massage provides numerous physical, psychological, and emotional benefits for babies and their families.

Each week, you will learn different massage strokes that can help:
❤️Relax and soothe your baby
❤️Aid digestion to relieve wind, colic, and constipation
❤️Help baby sleep well
❤️Teach your baby body awareness.
❤️ Relief from teething, blocked sinuses and so much more.
❤️Your baby will also enjoy the songs and rhymes throughout the class.

Connecting with other parents in these classes is also another big plus, with time for a cuppa and chat at the end of each class.

Places are limited. Send me a message if you are interested.

Course investment is €120 for the 5 weeks.
(You can also claim back most of the cost through your health insurance policy depending on what policy you may have)

Join us just outside Tinahely, Co Wicklow, Thursday morning 10.30 am - 11.30, Nov 27th, to connect with other parents in your local area. It is a lovely way to share and learn from each other about all things parenting.

Whether you are a new or seasoned Mum or Dad, our meet-up is all about supporting each other on this parenting journey.

I’ve developed a huge passion for prenatal nutrition, and right now, my mission is to nurture women through one of life’s most transformative seasons. From pre-pregnancy to motherhood, I provide holistic nutrition guidance, fully personalised meal plans, and compassionate coaching to support and nourish both mother and baby on their journey together. 

I’m looking forward to chatting about using nutrition for post-partum recovery.

Baby Massage Classes are the perfect parent and baby bonding experience.

The course runs for 5 weeks. Usually morning time 10 am- 11.45am one morning each week.
