Who says exercise needs to be boring. I just love the enthusiasm Edyta puts into each class, I think its fair to say she's a fan of St Paddys Day 🤣

Exercise is not only great for your fitness but your headspace too and as says jumping is excellent for women's health. Let's all be a little bit more like Edyta and embrace it all 🥳

And let's be honest, did I pause training to take videos in order to catch my breath... absolutely yes but 🤫🤣🥵

I attended a fantastic training day yesterday around Denentia Awareness. This was a free service deliverd through the Dementia Services Information and Development Centre who are based in St James's Hospital.

The brilliant facilitator Darko mentioned that not many people are aware of the service they deliver so I wanted to spread the word. Darko travelled from Dublin to clonmel to deliver this training and the only cost wss travel expenses.

Check out their website as they have brilliant information leaflets available for free at www.dementia.ie. You can also get in touch regarding different trainings they facilitate. I highly recommend it.
