I attended a fantastic training day yesterday around Denentia Awareness. This was a free service deliverd through the Dementia Services Information and Development Centre who are based in St James's Hospital.

The brilliant facilitator Darko mentioned that not many people are aware of the service they deliver so I wanted to spread the word. Darko travelled from Dublin to clonmel to deliver this training and the only cost wss travel expenses.

Check out their website as they have brilliant information leaflets available for free at www.dementia.ie. You can also get in touch regarding different trainings they facilitate. I highly recommend it.

Thank you to everyone I have had the privilege to work with this year both through clinical supervision and personal therapy sessions.

Being able to witness growth and development is such an incredible part of what I do every day. I am very grateful that you allow me to be a part of each of your journeys.
