Morning to you all

This week we are going to explore naming our feelings, grounding in our bodies and breathing together.

Today we are naming our feelings through RAIN
Tomorrow we are going to make an image together that can help bring a sense of calm, safety or peace
Wednesday and Thursday we are going to put them all together
and Friday if you can make it, we might do a live get together on FB so that we can all do it together :)
