The Judgement card is your sign to wake up. You know that feeling when you just ‘know’ it's time to shake things up? Like, really feel it in your bones. The universe is nudging you, it wants you to know that it’s time to rise and shine and you can achieve. It’s time to let go of the stuff that is weighing you down. Feelings of guilt, shame, regret, you name it. It's like shedding skin, feeling that weight lift, and stepping into your truth. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in. Invite your guardian angel to be present with you, to guide and support your healing.

Imagine a soft green light surrounding you, filling your space with calm and growth. As you inhale, envision this green light entering through the crown of your head, flowing down your spine, nourishing every cell.

As it reaches your heart, visualise it expanding, releasing pressure and stress. Your heart beats stronger, healthier, pumping vibrant green energy through your circulatory system.

With each breath, feel your lower back and shoulders releasing tension. Your blood pressure eases, calm and steady.

Your guardian angel's gentle presence supports you, infusing you with peace and protection.

As you exhale, imagine any stress or pressure leaving your body. Inhale green healing light, filling you with renewal and balance.

Rest here, breathing in green light, feeling revitalised. When you are ready, open your eyes.

Guidance for the week ahead:
For some of you this is your wake up call. Sometimes the biggest threats are the ones you have overlooked, the things you have chosen not to see, or maybe you have just been too focused elsewhere. Now is the time to face the truth, no more hiding. You can keep avoiding it if you choose, but that will just delay the inevitable. It’s best if you can confront it, heal, and step into a brighter, healthier chapter of your life. If you are not feeling anything off. That's great, just stay alert and notice the little things, especially with the people around you. Sometimes solving a problem before it blows up is the smart move. Your awareness is your power be sure to use it.
