The old pattern of not feeling enough leads us round and round never fully committing to all of the modalities we have learned.

As the world celebrates the end of the Gregorian Calendar year look around as nature continues to sleep, as our bodies still feel the need to rest. Listen and feel the rhythm of nature, notice how far removed we have become from her.

Being a Way Show-er requires congruence, within and without. Knowing the roads we have traveled and the lessons learned were bringing us right here. This course is for those already on the journey, have maybe many other modalities and experiences with them and would like to bring it all together in a Shamanic way. We will cover deep understanding of the physical body, how deep rooted trauma can keep showing up as physical pain, how to release that physical pain and heal the trauma safely. You will develop new skills in supporting others through their healing journey, you will learn from the land what it needs and how to transmute energy that may cause dis-ease for those living there. Walk with the Ancestors to understand the need to clear past trauma, patterns and cycles clearing the way for you and future generations to come. Recognize your own medicine, gain deeper awareness of the Sun and Moon energies and how we move between them as and when needed.
Bringing back the balance between the two both in your inner world and in the other world.

Scoil Talamhs next Journey to your Core Connection course will commence in Imbolc - Spring 2026.
Whatever the season, when it's time it's time. Our world has changed and we are changing. Have you found the core of yourself? Are you searching for resources outside of yourself to figure it all out? What IS your journey about?
This course will take you back to basics, strip it all back layer by layer to the core of your being to see what it is you are searching for. You will develop a deep connection to your Soul Body and how it relates to the physical. You will learn about your body, how it works, why it gets sick and how to heal from within. Remembering and trusting is the biggest part of the journey. The tools that I have learned and remembered on my path will be shared with you on this course along with new tools that will come as we work within the space.
