Online K*m Nye has been - and is - great!... A community of enthusiastic folk from all across the country, and the globe even (!), tuning in to practice together - or via the recording in their own time BUT I have to say being in the same room with real people is great too! Most of the participants so far have been completely new to K*m Nye and I'm learning lots too - always best that way!☺️

Tomorrow (Friday) we begin our weekly Tibetan yoga classes with Matt. Based on traditional Tibetan healing practices, and suitable for all ages and fitness levels, K*m Nye’s simple movement and breathing exercises lead us to a greater stillness and a felt-sense of what meditation really is.
