Looking for a gentle activity for your parent or loved one?

Chair Yoga offers safe, seated movement. Classes focus on improving mobility, balance, confidence, and relaxation in a calm and supportive environment.

This class is ideal for anyone who wants to stay active without strain, including those with limited mobility or returning to movement.

Location: The Resting Space beside The 64, Gorey
Day & Time: Friday, 10:00–11:00am

The January Gentle Unfold

January does not have to be rushed or demanding. This month is an invitation to move slowly, to soften and to reconnect with your body at a gentle pace.

Dry Jan? Veganuary? How about Gentle January.

The Gentle Unfold is my slow and gentle yoga and sensory class timetable for January, created to support rest, ease and quiet strength after the busyness of the year just gone. Classes are calm, accessible and welcoming, with time to breathe, move and simply be.

New classes in Gorey have now been added, with meditation classes and mum and baby yoga classes coming soon.
