Gathering in and igniting the Flame of Bridget 🔥

Still travelling through the last push of shedding from the Year of the Snake 🐍 explosion of emotions, feelings, anger and "I'm so done with....". It feels like the energy is finally starting to shift away from all that we have been travelling through. The threads of that which we no longer need in our lives is ending. We took courage into our hands, spoke our absolute truth with radical honesty, burned into the Cauldron that which we no longer needed... and the flames were big 🔥

We called in the Light, as it begins to return, and created Vision Boards to show us and remind us of who we want to be moving forward in our lives 🙏

I'm always in awe of the women who come sit in Red Wolf Circles... they yearn for this safe intimate space, where they can say whatever they need to say, voices found, and in so doing, the relief and release can occur. Journalling and choosing cards to find messages from the Divine to support, personally, each woman's journey ✨️

Spring Equinox is coming, we shall gather again to mark the energetic wave that will really start to lift us from where we were, to where we want to be... Saturday 21st March, and again on Sunday 22nd March "WHO AM I? CIRCLE will be a powerful Gathering, and by creating our own Map to Hope, each woman who comes will untangle the mire and focus with clarity for expansion 🔥 spaces limited to 6.... message me if you'd like to find out more 💛

I finally reclaimed my Red Wolf Room this morning for Cacao and tears to be shed....

I feel different, instead of reacting, I'm responding... trying to remember who I am, and to hold onto that place of center and calm within...

F**k, but this journey of life can be cruel at times, but what else can we do but hold on, choose, and choose again...

This is the final shedding.... if your feeling overwhelmed, sorrowful, lost, angry or in despair and confusion.... you are not alone.

From 2025 and the year of the Snake, we travelled through so many big painful experiences, we've a few more weeks, till 17th/18th February, when we can slowly start to embrace the new possibilities and power that Horse will offer us.

But until then, hold on, allow all of your feelings to rise, to be released, to say "no" to that which was, as painful as that may be... and never, ever give up on Hope... like Aloka, the beautiful dog who walks with monks in America, shining a light for us all ✨️

Allow your light to begin to glow again, believe in world peace, and believe in personal peace 💛

And so I begin again... from now to Imbolc, I continue my way at the break of day 🌄

Wild gathering, the sound of the bell and rattle, tiny scrolls of wishes, dreams and affirmations added to my basket.

A cup of Mama Cacao, moments alone, candle lit, journal focusing me into the present moment 🙏

Anointing third eye, to see more clearly, all realms; throat, to find my voice and practice speaking my truth; heart space to open to everything; solar plexus, that place of "I am", my authentic self as often as possible; my belly, to release and let go of any worries or concerns; my womb space, calling my own and ancient wisdom on line with crone; my root, to continue my creativity and passions ✨️

So much gratitude to for reminding me to practice connection just for myself 💛 and my beautiful doll, my mini me, finally beginning, tentatively, to emerge ✨️

Can you find a moment, however short, every morning, to just breathe, to just be, to set your intentions for the day ahead? I hope so... it works wonders 🌀

On a typical blue sky, sun shining Red Wolf morning, four of us Original Wolves met on the banks of the Avonmore River 🌀

Wending our way alongside the running water, we gathered at the tree line to hold space for each other for Women's Little Christmas 🎄 we shared our stories and hot cups of tea, we lit a candle to call in Great Spirit, and the 7 Directions, we sunk into this beautiful place and connected with the waters and the wilds... and we rested together 💛

And then we were led in a softly sacred circle dance held by beautiful music 🎶

What a gift we each gave ourselves, for it's peaceful time out that we all need, the sacred pause, that balances our often frantic lives 🙏

It's a time of quiet reflection, acknowledgement of all the trials we've been dragged through in 2025. Not quite ready to set intentions yet... that will begin to unfurl at Imbolc ✨️

Cannot wait to see what threads I, Red Wolf, weave into being in the coming year of the Horse, for my own personal journey, and for all the women who hear the call to Red Wolf space in 2026. If you'd like to be kept in the loop, do send me a message, and I hope to meet you this year 💖

So happy today ☺️

Starting to work with my Clever Fox Self-care Journal 💗

I love vision boarding, and the first thing I wanted to do today was that! Creating a beautiful backdrop of beautiful nature upon which i could add words to uplift and inspire me 🙏

I love this 90 day journal. It's packed full of weekly, monthly and daily pages for focus, for planning, for releasing and for calling in. It seemed to me to be the perfect way to embark into 2026 as the Year of the Horse 🐎

What an evening.... my Red Wolf Women gathered to mark this Winter Solstice for2025 ✨️

And what a year it's been... the shedding we have all been asked to do, the past we've been made to return to in order to, finally, let go. The seemingly endless round of challenges, the roller coaster that was the year of the Snake 🐍

We held hands, and joined in with all the sacred circles around the world wherever people gathered tonight. We sent our healing energies to those we love, to those we've lost, to those we remember and to those yet to come. We sent prayers for ourselves, our loved ones and especially for all those countries in the world torn apart by terror, fear and injustice 🙏

And we sang.... Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer 🦌... why you may ask? Because, as I'd sung this song to my little dog Willow on our morning walk, I recognised the poigniancy of the words... for a creature much maligned and taunted for being 'different', who wasn't included, who was called names, who was left out and shamed... until a force much bigger acknowledged that his 'differences' were actually gifts 🎁 and so we must remember that we too are gifted, we too are special, we too are unique - even though some may never truly see or appreciate us, there are many that do 💛

So put on your shiny red nose, stand in your truth, shine your beautiful light and never, ever, apologise for the extraordinary human being that you are 🙏

2026 is just around the corner, tomorrow the Light begins to return, the Holly King will give way, in Spring, to the Oak King... the year of the Horse is awaiting us, a year one, which, though will bring its own set of challenges, beckons us into a new way of being ✨️

Blessings, Love and Friendship are the cornerstones of Red Wolf, and I'm eternally grateful to each and every Red Wolf Women who comes to share their specialness and beauty and heart within the space I am honoured and humbled to hold 🐺

Sitting here this morning in the Red Wolf Room, enjoying my cup of Cacao, and sinking into silence and peacefulness, I start my day with the Sacred ✨️

Yesterday was the final Gathering of the year long Prayer Flag Journey... and what a gathering it was 🙏 I have held space for these women to travel into themselves, whilst making the turn of the year, and the celebration from Imbolc through to Winter Solstice.

We have shared our stories, those ones that we cannot share elsewhere, we have laughed, we have cried, we have remembered the ancient wisdom held inside. We have CHANGED.... on so many levels. Conversations held in deep respect and honouring of the differences between us, and the many similarities. All the while writing our personal Journal Pages, and stitching threads of ourselves onto cloth.

TRANSFORMATION is the key to all my Red Wolf work... and I was humbled to witness each woman growing in confidence and clarity through the journey together. So much love shared.

Thank you to every woman who chose to dig deep, who chose to gift herself precious time out to unwind and unravel negative patterns, to emerge, now, in a new, more authentic and loving way of being 💗

To practice self care and self love is such a hard thing to do, but together, we supported each other, to do just that ✨️

Absolutely delighted with this wonderful surprise I unwrapped today.

On my last visit to Cork to see my son Ollie, we visited, of course, Vibes and Scribes. As well as choosing several books, when I went to pay, up beside the counter, was a slim book case with about 15 books, all wrapped up in brown paper and tied with string.

Upon each was typed only the very first paragraph of the book that lay hidden within. I was intrigued, so I scanned over them all, and this paragraph caught my eye... so, for only €5, I purchased it, tucked it in my bag, and took it home. Whereupon, it sat, untouched for several months...

Tonight, having finished another book, I glanced upon my bookshelf and noticed the brown paper parcel I'd forgotten about for so long. Tearing it open, I was delighted to discover the story within...

I thought it such a good idea of the bookshop, to inspire curiosity and take a chance on something that I had no idea if it would be to my liking... merely trusting intuitively the paragraph that resonated most with me.

Starting to read tonight! I love reading, my Mummy always said, that you were never alone if you had a good book. A whole world of characters and stories to sink into, especially in difficult times... and let's face it, it's been a pretty challenging year, let alone a challenging last few months...

Intuition can sometimes be buried beneath the overwhelm of our feelings... I love this card of Hare, below a golden sky with her golden necklace ✨️ I'm really being drawn to gold right now, have always been a silver kinda girl... but, as I move more deeply into my crone years, the warmth of this metal pulls me.

Perhaps it's because I'm moving from princess to queen 👸

Yesterday I held space for the last gathering of the Seven Sacred Directions, and year long Journey, at Gorse Hill. Entering that Sacred space felt like coming home 🏡

As we wove the threads through our day together, stories, wisdom, teachings, laughter and tears shared, I knew I was intuitively walking my path on the Good Red Road. My groups may be small, but within the intimacy comes safety and rest.

As we women age, as we choose to work consciously towards inner healing and release, we automatically move into a way of being where we begin to 'walk our talk', instead of mouthing platitudes that have no real effect on our daily lives 🪶

We did BIG artwork, each woman fully releasing themselves into a pictorial form of how they see themselves today. Each painting completely authentic and unique, to make the final turn of this Journey.

I sit here this morning watching blackbird, thrush and sparrow hopping about in my little garden and bathing in our pond, and know, deep down, that all is well in my world 🌎 We can only do the best we can in any given situation... so, with forgiveness, we move on, trusting that 🙏

Trust yourself, your beautiful beating heart, and move forward into the depths of winter, knowing you can only do your best - and that's enough 💗

The rain is falling to match the floods of tears I'm releasing, and have been for days 💧

Im holding space for the last of the Red Wolf 7 Sacred Directions tomorrow at Gorse Hill... one of the most beautiful places I'm honoured to hold women within ✨️

This Journey has been profound, challenging, gentle, nourishing and joyful ♥️ the women come with open hearts and a dedication to themselves and their inner healing with grace, dignity and authenticity.... I am so grateful to them all. For in stepping into Red Wolf Circle with me, they each give to me in return their trust, their willingness to go beyond, and their friendship 💛

We all need places where we can feel safe enough to reveal our truths - especially the darkest ones, to be heard, seen, witnessed, respected and valued. In Circle we are all equal, and I learn so much from them all, as I in turn attempt to guide them to their power and wisdom within 🙏

As broken as I feel, when I step into the position of space holder, something comes upon me, wisdom pours through, from above, for them, and for me. The exchange is beautiful and powerful, and I am always in awe and deep gratitude 💗
