From next Tuesday, the 3rd of February @ 7pm, we'll be rolling out our mats in the beautiful Culfadda Community Centre.
💕We'll start right at the beginning so you don't need any experience at all, just the ability to breathe!
🧘‍♀️Bring your mat and a blanket.
🧘‍♂️Wear comfy clothes - anything you have is fine as long as it's flexible, you don't need to hesitate because you don't have all the gear! I'll even lend you a mat to begin if you need!
