Happy February everyone. 🌷 How has your 2026 been so far? 🥰 For the first year ever, January flew by. It’s been a busy one with several ups & downs & two deaths in the family. I’ve been taking a step back from my social media pages. And taking some time to reflect. 🙏🏻 We enjoyed a lovely walk to the Tourmakeady Waterfall, it’s such a beautiful woods to enjoy!

Here are some more photos of the Northern Lights that I took last night. The back of the house where the trees were had red and green and the side of the house had a beautiful green colour. (Swipe for pics)

It was mesmerising to watch the lights dance and go back out at a different times and see how the lights changed and the shapes changed as well. 🤩 I feel so blessed to finally have gotten to see them with my own eyes!🙏🏻

The colours were not as bright to the naked eye but with a timelapse photo, it showed the lights so bright. 🥰

This time of year can be difficult for many people. ❄️ The downswing after the holidays can cause a low feeling & the expectation of New Year resolutions can add pressure. Together it can cause a sadness and/or stressful feeling. 🙏🏻

Winter is a season of rest kind of reflection and rejuvenation. Allow yourself this time to self reflect and recover and give yourself love. It’s a wonderful time to pray for others as well, for their peace of mind and peace of heart. 🙏🏻❄️

Winter is a time of rest, not fresh starts & pushing goals. Let yourself rest & reflect. And make your goals and resolutions in the spring when our new year used to be before the calendar changed.

I pray you give yourself the rest and self care you deserve this time of year and not pressure yourself to push like society insists. 🙏🏻
