Wigs Medical works exclusively with people experiencing hair loss due to chemotherapy, radiotherapy, alopecia and thinning hair. Bernie has alopecia and has been wearing a wig for 17 years which has helped her to truly understand how her clients feel and how they feel about how they look .

My client has just left feeling so excited that she has a full head of hair again. Her hair had thinned out dramatically on top of her head. She told me she was so nervous about seeing it, but is absolutely thrilled with how it looks on her and how real it looks blending in with her own hair so well. I’m so delighted for her. My amazing Client, at nearly 88 she left her granddaughter colour her hair pink. Thrilled for me to video her. She looks so fabulous and is such an incredible woman who has been coming to me for years. She was telling me her social calendar is very full for the next few months with a wedding, two communions, and of course her much loved Horse racing for a few days in Killarney in May that she goes to every year. My client collected this fabulous short Bob style yesterday. She was so delighted with her new hair. She told me I had made her day as chemotherapy has taken nearly all her hair and now she could take control and shave off what’s left.
