Omg delicious 💕 this was the dinner the other night - pizza topped chicken .

I took the short cut though, instead of using all the ingredients on the app recipe to make the sauce I bought the Lidl jar of tomato and basil pizza saice - syn free
Then topped with 20g reduced fat cheddar per chicken / vine tomatoes/ / 15g diced chorizo

Left over baked potato sliced into wedges and cooked again in the air fryer

Served with a side of tomato & cucumber & basil salad

Total 1/2 Healthy extra A choice & 2 syns

Winner winnwr chicken dinner 🤣

Fist attempt at making these fish pakoras from our most recent cookbook “Street Food” served with a super easy to make Slimming World friendly Raita dip

At just 1/2 syn per pakora which was jam packed with Hake fillets / veggies / spices and sun free Raita dip - these went down well at home
Add a few pakoras to a vibrant plate of salad for a gorgeous light but filling meal

A delicious start to a day with this super tasty breakfast….. I don’t normally spend a lot of syns on brekkie but at just 3.5 syns for this it was absolutely worth it .
Bagel slim - Healthy B choice
1 tbsp smashed avocado - 1 syn
( I measured this using 1/2 tbsp measure- one for each side of the bagel)

20g black pudding - 2.5 syns ( fyi they’re the smallest salinisation slice of pudding I’ve ever cut 🙈 but just enough to crumble on the top of my bagel and keep the syns down at the same time 😉)
2 lean bacon medallions and 2 eggs - both free foods and fab adding lots of Protein to my meal.

From store-cupboard staple to dreamy side dishes... tinned potatoes are our new favourite ingredient 🙌!
As well as being inexpensive and versatile, they don’t take hours of peeling and prep – and can still be used to make servings like these ❤️.
You’ll find these recipes on the Slimming World app, which as a member you have free access to. Which one will you try first – crispy potatoes, hash browns or Indian potatoes 👀?
