There is a lot of anxiety in the air lately. Children and adults can't always articulate what emotion they are feeling e.g. feeling scared could be feelings of anxiousness and if we dig deeper through a session we may find that the feeling of anxiousness comes form feeling overwhelmed. This is why I love kinesiology, we can get to the root of the issue and go from there.

Bach flower remedies can really help deal with and clear emotional/negative mental states. Their power to resolve and help to dissolve feelings of sadness, grief, fear and anger is quite amazing.
Children really enjoy the colour card game which enables me to find out what is going on inside when they might not even know or be able to express what they are feeling.
