Meet Gina Delaney of Mental Health Ireland who will be with us Sunday 10th September at Waterford Marine Search and Rescue base.

Gina Delaney works with Mental Health Ireland as a Development Officer in the South East, in the areas of mental health promotion, community and service development, and recovery (personal, family and organisational). Gina is also a qualified Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach, 'I love the empowerment that comes when people use strengths-based tools and resources for personal and professional development. I will be speaking about some of these as featured in the Creativity for Wellbeing Workbook Wheel of Life, visualisations, and mindful colouring, and sharing some ideas for people to use themselves to enhance mental health and wellbeing.'
