Most people get out of the sauna just before it starts getting interesting.
The first few minutes are just your body adjusting. Heart rate rises. Core temperature starts climbing. You settle in.
Then the shift happens.
You start to sweat. Your breathing changes. Your body starts working harder than it looks. Stay with it, and that’s often where people begin to properly switch off.
Then comes the cold.
That sharp inhale. That reset. That clearer head afterwards.
It’s not about chasing time or trying to be a hero in the heat. It’s about learning your own limit, staying controlled, and coming back again.
Save this for your next session, or send it to someone who keeps saying they’re going to try Sauna Social.
Weekend slots are open.
