Hi everyone, REMINDER for the live sample class of The Spontaous Centre Art this evening at 7pm.
please join in and find a quite space to find that inner space and time out for you.
You can use any materials such as paint, paper, pencils, markers whatever you wish, you don't need to be an artist or be able to draw, this is a therputice time for you. Hope you can join me.

Try out the sample class which will be live on Expressive arts and see if you would like to join the classes. I will let you know more after sample class which is free, it's a great way to remove mental blocks and regonise emotions. It's also a relaxing and creative process, please join in for sample class with cupa and some art materials and see what you think 😁❤️🤗
