I'm 56, I compete with WDFPF because I love the sport. I compete for myself and nobody else, I'm World Champion in the Masters 4 63kg Benchpress and Deadlift 💪💪💪💪 it's a great s0ort where you can compete with your own age and weight category 😀😀😀
