With a background in graphic design and a passion for cooking, baking, reading, and traveling, I love learning new things and connecting with people from all walks of life. Yoga Off The Mat 🙏
My son and I had a wonderful afternoon doing a diamond craft project. We focused intently on placing each small piece onto the adhesive canvas.

The activity required us to be very present and patient, which felt like practising "yoga off the mat." It created a quiet, calm environment for us to connect without distraction. We bonded over the shared goal of filling in the pattern.

It was a simple, peaceful, and connective way to spend time together, bringing the principles of mindfulness from the mat into our everyday activity.
