๐ Slow Mornings ๐
A Daily Holistic Habit thatโs become a must every day, my day is more productive, more calmer, more positive, and more happier. Here are some of the things I do and donโt do first thing in the morning before I start my day. From not being a โmorning personโ to now is my favorite part of my day, I highly recommend you start ๐ฅฐ๐
DONT - ๐จ
๐ฑCheck your phone or look at any screens, until your dressed and/or finished your breakfast
๐ด Sleep in until the last minute, give yourself atleast 1-2hours before leaving the house
DO- ๐โจ
โ๏ธGrab your morning coffee/hot drink of choice
๐Journal - 5 gratitudes, todays schedule & to do list, 3 positive affirmations to motivate your day, schedule in some โme timeโ at the end of the day.
๐บ Breathe & ground - Taking in 8 Intentional deep breathes one for each chakra, vision each one opening up and bursting with energy and flow, the last breathe to than stretch the arms up with the whole body, grounding your energy by either walking around the garden, taking in the sunshine or imagining your own energetic roots grounding into the earth
๐ถ Play relaxing music, soft, gentle.
๐ง Meditate or gentle exercise, stretch the muscles, stimulate the lymphatic system.
๐ Eat healthy, nutritious breakfast feed your mind and body
Start with atleast one of these habits and build up the time you have, Giving yourself this time in the morning before you enter the busy world, sets you up for more success and more fulfilled day ๐
