Today I went to meet Dr Des Fernandes.

One of the top 5 leading cosmetic surgeons specialising in facelifts who formulated his own skin brand, environ which was specifically for the clients on his waiting list and the majority changed their minds and stuck with his vitamin A rich skin care instead! Not because it gives the affect of a face lift but made them love their skin again. He also pioneered micro needling!

The liquid microneedling treatment is becoming very popular due it’s amazing results! There are so many amazing brands out there but I want to tell you why I chose Glyco Ala. Most other brands come in pre-made packages with 50,000 spicules, With Glyco Ala I can tailor it to each individual client and we start at 2,000,000 spicules and may increase upto 3,000,000 depending on their tolerance.
