Today I went to meet Dr Des Fernandes.

One of the top 5 leading cosmetic surgeons specialising in facelifts who formulated his own skin brand, environ which was specifically for the clients on his waiting list and the majority changed their minds and stuck with his vitamin A rich skin care instead! Not because it gives the affect of a face lift but made them love their skin again. He also pioneered micro needling!

I’m so thankful to have found his brand which is only available in skin clinics due to its high level of active ingredients and delighted to have been selling it in my own clinic for the last 6 months 👏

The liquid microneedling treatment is becoming very popular due it’s amazing results! There are so many amazing brands out there but I want to tell you why I chose Glyco Ala. Most other brands come in pre-made packages with 50,000 spicules, With Glyco Ala I can tailor it to each individual client and we start at 2,000,000 spicules and may increase upto 3,000,000 depending on their tolerance. IPL is an amazing and effective treatment. This and the Glyco Ala would be my favourites! The IPL can only be used on might to medium skin and the Glyco Ala can be used on any colour. For the IPL you must stay out of the sun complex for the duration of the appointment and avoid fake tan, the Glyco ala does not make you photo sensitive. We have something for everyone 🙌
