Wow!!! This lovely lady started her home care journey with me 3 months ago. She stated on the AVST1 moisture, skin essentiA cleanser and accumax. She also had a lovely environment facial. This is her after completing this course and 1 Glyco Ala bio microneedling session! She had another session today and has another in two weeks. I have taken her off accumax as she no longer needs it but we will keep strengthening her barrier with a vitamin A supplement. I will be increasing her AVST to a level 2. I am so exited to see the results! Consistency really is key! 😍

Most people know about IPL for getting rid of hair but some IPL systems can also be used to help with your skin concerns. IPL is very effective at helping this suffering with Acne.
IPL for treating acne
The IPL system emits pulses of yellow, green and red light. These work to kill spot-causing bacteria. The red light targets the overactive sebaceous glands that block pores and cause outbreaks. IPL treatment also stimulates collagen production in the area to help improve the appearance and texture of the skin surface.
How many treatments will I need?
A course of 3-4 treatments is usually recommended at 2-3 week intervals to achieve the best results. Treatment will help to reduce inflammation, skin looks less red and angry.
Will it hurt?
You may feel slight discomfort during the session, but it is not painful at all. A cooling cryo-handset is applied to the skin beforehand, to ensure your comfort.

Consultation and patchtest is required before further treatment plan.

The reason why most peoples skin can’t tolerate retinol is because they go in too strong too soon and they have no idea how much vitamin A ( the active ingredient in retinol) they are actual using but we do! We start every one off at 500 international units which the lowest dose you can use without it being insufficient (people with acne or rosacea will need to start on a higher dose) and we build you up to as much as your skin can tolerate veeeerrrry slowly. It typically looks like this but will vary from person to person as we monitor all our clients progress!
AVST 1, AVST 2, AVST 2 with roller, AVST 3, AVST 3 with retinol serum, AVST 4, AVST 5, AVST 5 with c-quence one and so on and so forth!

During this amazing, fast acting treatment we used spicules instead of needles to send 11 synergistic active ingredients to rejuvenate your skin at a cellular level. This will increase your skin metabolic cycle from 28 days to 7! It balances out sebum levels, unclogs pores, strengthens the barrier and removes dead skin cells without compromising the healthy ones. Here is a brilliant example of why I always recommend for surgery. Their patient care both before and after the procedures are phenomenal. Their bedside manner is terrific and their results are a work of art. The manual lymphatic drainage is done immediately after surgery and you will be referred to a registered therapist in your country. They also do orthopaedic surgery. If you are thinking about having surgery this would be my recommendation. They are based in Lithuania and I have never seen an unhappy patient from this hospital.
