What a great turnout for the Wicklow coffee morning in this morning. It’s great to see so many people supporting local cancer support centres. I’m working with in Bray and the services and support they offer to people fighting cancer and their families is phenomenal and wouldn’t be possible without your support. Give them a follow to keep up to date with their fund raising events and please reach out if you are going through or are recovering from cancer treatment yourself. You would be amazed at the support that is available 🫶

Hi guys! The new clinic in Wicklow town will be open from Saturday 25th April!

Did you know that vitamin A is measured in international units not percentages? The MINIMUM amount needed in order for it to be affective is 500 international units so that’s where we start our clients. Then we build them up to as much as their skin can tolerate. The air tight containers make sure that the ingredients don’t oxidise. This means the ingredients are as active with your last use as they were when you opened the bottle. 2 pumps in the morning and the evening will last you 3 months!

I’ve been making a conscious effort to spend less time in the pub the last few months but I let a bit loose at Easter. The company was good and I enjoyed it 🥰 now back to being a good girl. My skincare is too damn expensive to let alcohol make it all dry and inflamed 🔥☄️🧯 I hope yous had a good one! My opening day is getting nearer
