I stopped it at 15 seconds to check. It needs the full 30 seconds. By the way I do something similar with my frozen sourdough bread! Run it under water, wrap it in parchment paper then foil and put it in a 350° oven for 10 minutes and it comes out like new. Amazing. Bh.
