גאים להכריז על הרחבת המחקר הקליני פאזה ראשונה של IntraGel Therapeutics למרכז החולים האוניברסיטאי "𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐚" 𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐚, 𝐀𝐥𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚! אבן דרך זו באה בעקבות תוצאות ראשוניות מבטיחות באתרים אחרים ומדגישה את ההתקדמות שלנו בקידום טיפולי סרטן חדשניים.

עם המטופל הראשון שכבר גויס, מחקר זה מעריך את הבטיחות והיעילות של הטיפול המוביל שלנו, TumoCure - ג'ל טעון ציספלטין המיועד לטיפול מקומי בסרטן הראש והצוואר.

הכוונה לחולים עם גידולים פרוגרסיביים שאינם ניתנים לניתוח או כאלה שעמידים בפני הקרנות וכימותרפיה, TumoCure מוזרק ישירות לגידול, שם הוא משחרר את התרופה באופן מקומי כדי לכווץ גידולים תוך מזעור תופעות הלוואי.

Intragel isproud to announce the expansion of IntraGel Therapeutics’ Phase 1 clinical study to the University Hospital Center "𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐚" 𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐚, 𝐀𝐥𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚! This milestone follows promising initial results at other sites and underscores our progress in advancing innovative cancer treatments.

With the first patient already recruited, this study evaluates the safety and effectiveness of our lead therapeutic, TumoCure—a cisplatin-loaded gel designed for the localized treatment of head and neck cancer.

Targeting patients with progressive, inoperable tumors or those resistant to radiotherapy and chemotherapy, TumoCure is injected directly into the tumor, where it locally releases the drug to shrink tumors while minimizing side effects.

We are excited to collaborate with the exceptional team at UHCT as we work to bring hope and transformative treatments to more patients.
