אתמול יצאנו עם הניידת הגניקולוגית שלנו ליישוב רבבה. הצלחנו להגיע לעשרות נשים שככל הנראה אחרת לא היו נבדקות.

Yesterday we left with our gynecological mobile to the Reveva settlement. We managed to reach dozens of women who probably would not have been tested otherwise.

It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of Professor Richard Stone. Professor Stone was a great friend to us here at illumigyn, a member of our Board of Directors, and a strong believer and supporter in our global mission.

Professor Stone held the esteemed position of Professor Emeritus of Law at Columbia Law School. Throughout his career, he showed deep care for the well-being of the Jewish people and the State of Israel and was an active participant in Jewish communal life. From 2011 – to 2013, Professor Stone served as the Chairman of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations.

The effects of Professor Stone’s passing extend far beyond our loss here at illumigyn. Global Jewish communities, and the people of Israel as a whole, feel the absence of a great man who worked tirelessly to assist Jewish communities and support Jewish interests.
